About the Y&Y Fellow: Tim Findeiss is a social entrepreneur from Munich, Germany. While working towards a BS in Management and Technology at the Technical University of Munich, Tim co-founded Senior Connect, a platform dedicated to empowering seniors. By facilitating their access to fulfilling employment opportunities, the platform supports an entire generation of people in Germany. Outside of Senior Connect, through a partnership with Campus Founders, Findeiss gained expertise in consulting, design thinking, and prototyping. At the Digital Seeds Program by Huawei, he and his team developed Drive2Gether, which enables companies and large-scale events to provide intelligent carpooling and accurate carbon accounting.
