Our Social Impact Leadership Program has brought together employees of Fortune 500 companies and young entrepreneurs. By serving as mentors, employees hone their professional skills, deepen their knowledge base, and gain an understanding of social entrepreneurship. At the same time, they provide valuable guidance to an early-stage social business as it prepares to scale – a true win/win.
The support of corporations and corporate foundations allows us to keep the programs free for the social entrepreneurs we serve. Since we have always been a virtual-first organization, our programs are accessible from anywhere in the world.
So far, we have engaged more than 420 corporate employees in our programs. Through the generous support of our partners, we have incubated 300 social businesses in 76 countries, improving the lives of more than 25 million people worldwide.

Founded in 2014 with the support of Nobel Peace Prize laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus, Yunus & Youth (Y&Y) empowers young leaders around the world to build, develop, and expand social business ventures that lead to economic advancement and reduce youth unemployment. In tandem with our programs for youth, we offer leadership development and social entrepreneurship programs for corporate partners. We bring together Fortune 500 companies and top thinkers and institutions to help young entrepreneurs address our world’s most pressing needs.
