About the Y&Y Fellow: Suerethia Henderson is an educator, entrepreneur, and financial analyst. She obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance at Youngstown State University and a Master’s of Science in Finance from Northern Illinois University. While in college, she balanced rigorous academic and athletic commitments as an NCAA Division I track and field athlete, as well as mentoring students through Inspiring Minds, an education program. Driven by the lack of access to financial tools in underserved communities and inspired by her own experiences, Henderson founded Wealth Network 360 to provide financial education to those who need it most. Henderson’s approach is rooted in her belief that financial literacy is key to fostering long-term stability and growth in underserved communities. Outside of Wealth Network 360, she currently works in corporate finance at Fiserv, a global fintech and payments company.
