About the Y&Y Fellow: Isis grew up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and her education was spent in public and private schools and universities. Thanks to her efforts and that of her family, she was able to continue training at the master's level and enter the area of ​​Occupational Risk Prevention in a recognized logistics company in her country and later to teach as a mathematics teacher within the national public system. Serving as a teacher, she realized that there were many inequalities in the educational system and the realities of a teacher. For that reason, he decided to co-found Doventicrd, a platform that wants to help the national system to obtain international standards through teacher training. Isis is convinced that through education great changes in society can be achieved.
