About the Y&Y Fellow: A biologist with a master's degree in environment and development from the London School of Economics (LSE-UK), a specialist in Cooperative Games and Culture of Peace from the Cooperation Project, and an MBA in Social Responsibility and Sustainability. He has been working for 10 years as a development process facilitator and has diverse experience in managing development projects. He is a member of CPNN-Rede de Notícias da Cultura da Paz, an international organization that works to promote the Culture of Peace in the world. He participates as activities’ coordinator at Instituto Elos Brasil. He is co-founder of Fábrica dos Sonhos, where he currently manages the Abraços da Mantiqueira Project.
