About the Y&Y Fellow: Daniela Baena Salazar is the founder and CEO of Wom-en, a social enterprise committed to equity, sustainability, and leadership development. With a background in behavioral studies and a passion for addressing uncomfortable conversations around public service, education, and climate action, Daniela has dedicated her career to empowering women and youth. Through Wom-en, she has spearheaded over nine projects, reaching more than 3,000 individuals across Colombia. Daniela is also an ambassador for One Young World and a fellow of the Acumen and Yunus & Youth programs, where she continues to expand her impact in creating more sustainable and equitable environments.
