With a background in Biomedical Sciences and Human Biology from the University of Zambia, Bupe founded Genius Education Zambia to bridge educational gaps in STEM for underprivileged youth. Outside of Genius Education Zambia and Yunus & Youth, she dedicates her time to developing her skills, participating in global leadership and development programs including the Mandela Washington Fellowship and the Clinton Global Initiative, among many others. Bupe’s work empowers young people to embrace technology and leadership, reflecting the belief that her father instilled: there’s an inherent genius in everyone.
