A lo largo de los \u00faltimos 6 a\u00f1os, desde Yunus &amp; Youth hemos estado apoyando a j\u00f3venes emprendedores sociales a trav\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3n virtual y mentor\u00eda. Desde el 2014, <\/span><b>hemos capacitado a m\u00e1s de 4.500 emprendedores, provenientes de m\u00e1s de 65 pa\u00edses,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y en 2020 lanzamos nuestro primer programa en espa\u00f1ol para brindar capacitaci\u00f3n a emprendedores de Am\u00e9rica Latina.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestra comunidad de j\u00f3venes emprendedores (Y&amp;Y Fellows) lidera emprendimientos sociales que abordan los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s importantes de nuestro tiempo. El 20% de ellos se enfoca en brindar educaci\u00f3n inclusiva y equitativa de calidad <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/education\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4 de la ONU).<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por ejemplo, la Y&amp;Y Fellow <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/yunusandyouth.com\/es_es\/project\/lara-pizarro\/\"><b>Lara Pizarro<\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cofundadora de<\/span><b> Hexar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, trabaja para hacer que la educaci\u00f3n sea divertida y atractiva para los estudiantes de secundaria argentinos utilizando videojuegos, y el Y&amp;Y Fellow <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/yunusandyouth.com\/es_es\/project\/omar-assaf\/\"><b>Omar Assaf<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Omar Assaf lidera la transformaci\u00f3n de zonas marginadas y de posconflicto en el L\u00edbano, a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de capacidades, para crear zonas pac\u00edficas y comunidades pr\u00f3speras. Por su parte, Y&amp;Y Fellow <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/yunusandyouth.com\/es_es\/project\/gabriela-delgado\/\"><b>Gabriela Delgado<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> trabaja para garantizar que los adolescentes de todo el Per\u00fa reciban educaci\u00f3n sexual de alta calidad, y Y&amp;Y Fellow <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/yunusandyouth.com\/es_es\/project\/tolulope-owajoba-adeyemo\/\"><b>Tolulope<\/b> <b>Owajoba Adeyemo<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dirige <\/span><b>She Hacks Africa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en Nigeria, un programa de entrenamiento en programaci\u00f3n que tiene como objetivo fomentar la confianza en s\u00ed mismas de j\u00f3venes africanas y ayudarlas a convertirse en agentes de cambio e innovadoras tecnol\u00f3gicas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Yunus &amp; Youth, encontramos inspiraci\u00f3n en nuestros Fellows y nos motivan a asegurarnos de que les estamos brindando las mejores herramientas y marcos de aprendizaje posibles para seguir haciendo crecer sus emprendimientos sociales e impactando a\u00fan a m\u00e1s personas y comunidades.
