Y&Y: Cu\u00e9ntanos sobre Libertate. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su prop\u00f3sito?<\/b><\/p>\n

Gabriela: Libertate nace frente a una realidad de exclusi\u00f3n muy fuerte que vulnera derechos de las personas con discapacidad y se une a aportar soluciones para promover un mundo m\u00e1s justo, inclusivo y que valore la diversidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Y&Y: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n actual de las personas con discapacidad en todo el mundo?<\/b><\/p>\n

Gabriela: El 15% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial tiene al menos una discapacidad y el 80% de las personas con discapacidad en edad econ\u00f3micamente activa est\u00e1n sin trabajo (OIT). Esto es un indicador que se replica en todo el mundo y que se profundiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s si consideramos mujeres y disidencias con discapacidad y quienes viven en contextos de vulneraci\u00f3n socio econ\u00f3mica. Este gran indicador de desempleo se genera por m\u00faltiples barreras que impiden el acceso a derechos y oportunidades, como el acceso a la educaci\u00f3n, a los espacios sociales, a desarrollar su sexualidad con autonom\u00eda y al pleno ejercicio de los derechos humanos.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Y&Y: \u00bfC\u00f3mo busca Libertate promover sus derechos?<\/b><\/p>\n

Gabriela: Desde Libertate trabajamos para promover un cambio cultural que permita generar una cultura de valoraci\u00f3n de la diversidad. Todas las personas somos \u00fanicas y diversas, pero desde nuestras singularidades, vivencias y experiencias no todas las personas tenemos las mismas oportunidades.\u00a0<\/span>Brindamos servicios de consultor\u00eda y capacitaci\u00f3n en Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n y Accesibilidad Digital.\u00a0<\/span>Desde la unidad de negocios de Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n acompa\u00f1amos a empresas y organizaciones que deseen generar e implementar una estrategia de cambio cultural en diversidad, discapacidad y g\u00e9nero trabajando en ejes como inclusi\u00f3n laboral, marketing diverso e inclusivo, compras inclusivas e inversi\u00f3n social.\u00a0<\/span>\u00bfY en qu\u00e9 estad\u00edo se encuentran hoy? <\/span>Accesibilidad digital<\/span><\/a>, ofrecemos diagn\u00f3sticos y acompa\u00f1amiento para que los productos digitales sean accesibles para todas las personas. Y certificamos con el Sello Apto Accesible aquellas webs y apps que cumplen con las pautas internacionales de accesibilidad digital.\u00a0<\/span>Todas nuestras ganancias son reinvertidas en nuestros programas de Inversi\u00f3n social destinados a juventudes con y sin discapacidad: Iniciativa GPESI desde la cual brindamos formaciones en Educaci\u00f3n Sexual Integral y Programa (<\/span>www.gpesi.com.ar<\/span><\/a>) y el <\/span>Reciclando con Inclusi\u00f3n<\/span><\/a>donde promovemos oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n y trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Y&Y: En su opini\u00f3n, \u00bfcu\u00e1l es el papel del emprendimiento social para hacer que el mundo sea m\u00e1s inclusivo para las personas con discapacidad?<\/b><\/p>\n

Gabriela: Creemos que el problema social hist\u00f3rico de exclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad, que tiene diversas causas pero podemos decir que la principal es la barrera cultural, dada por la invisibilizaci\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad en la sociedad lo cual genera que se dise\u00f1en los espacios sin considerarlas. No puede ser abordado s\u00f3lo por el estado, ni por el sector privado, ni por la sociedad civil. Creemos que el emprendimiento social puede traer nuevas miradas y abordajes din\u00e1micos e innovadores, pero siempre pensando en red y generando propuestas junto a las pcd y para promover sus derechos, incluyendo siempre su voz y sus demandas.<\/span><\/p>\n
