Sobre el Y&Y Fellow: At MTOP, our mission is to make refugees´ potential accessible to the labour market and break down negative stereotypes. MORE THAN ONE PERSPECTIVE is an advanced training program that offers various workshops, training and mentoring to prepare highly qualified refugees to enter the labour market. We enable them to find work suited to their skills, knowledge and experience. This also helps employers to find talent and increase the diversity of their staff – cause skills shouldn’t know any boarders. Our work has been featured in several Austrian newspapers - Kurier, der Standard, die Presse - and on TV. In 2017 we also won the Social Impact Award and in 2018 we were awarded by Forbes Europe on the 30 under 30 list.
