Sobre el Negocio Social: The Refugee Integration Organisation (RIO) aims to design economic solutions for the integration of refugees in Ghana. Its program, named Community Lending, was inspired by the Grameen Bank model, as it gives refugees a small loan for them to set up their own entrepreneurial venture at the camp. It also provides them with the training they need for their business to reap as much profit as possible.

Sobre el Y&Y Fellow: Avina is a 23 year old woman form India, who, after wokring with Reuters as a journalist for 2 years, went to Ghana to work towards the integration of refugees. Co-founder and Executive Director Rya G. Kuewor and she set up Refugee Integration Organisation (RIO) in Accra, Ghana. While she lives in India for the moment while their operations are getting funding, RIO's got active programs currently.
